Isn't it FUN to experiment with art supplies, that's how new techniques and styles are created! This technique is TONS OF FUN!! I came across this technique on Pinterest and thought it would be fun to do with my painting camp I'm teaching this summer.

Materials Needed: A tray (I used a baking sheet) paint ping pong balls straws paper Place a few drops of paint on the paper. Put the ping pong ball on the paper. And hand your kiddo a straw. Let them blow the ping pong ball in the direction they want it to roll.

It didn't take long when we saw these to become enamored by them. Marshmallows, toothpicks, gumdrops, candy corn, and a dose of imagination is all you need. Uncovered in a 1965 McCall's Family Style Cookbook by Kitchen Retro, we saw these fun, edible animals on Hostess with the Mostess who always has unique entertaining ideas to share.
