How to Access the files you’ve purchased:

After you have placed your order, you should receive an email after your payment goes through PayPal. The email has the subject line “Your Create Art with ME order receipt from (Date of Purchase)”. This email contains your download link(s). It will say “Download: file name”. Click on the underlined file and it will open in a browser, IMMEDIATELY SAVE to your computer!.

If you did not receive this email:

– Please check to make sure your PayPal payment went through.

-Some filters will often put the “download” emails into SPAM or JUNK folders. Especially SCHOOL email addresses.  Please check your SPAM, Junk or Deleted Folder.

**You can always access ALL the files you’ve ever purchased by logging into your “Create Art with ME “My Account”. All the files you have ordered should be listed here and available to download.
